The CASF program began in 2007. Since its inception, CASF teachers have been young adults from the community participating in a work-study. Teachers work at CASF during the day, and pursue their university degrees at night. Since the goal is for all of our students to graduate from high school and pursue higher education, the work-study program makes our teachers excellent role models for the students that they teach.
My name is Álvaro Paja and I will be 26 years old on April 27! I am majoring in ACTING & STAGE DIRECTING, and I am actually supporting certain youth groups doing theater projects within my university in addition to my work with CASF. I really like acting, and especially enjoy working with children. I am in my third semester at the university. In the future I would like to have my own theater school where I could work with children and adolescents to promote the art of acting on stage.
Can you help Álvaro in his university studies?
